It has been a busy year here in the Junior Language Class. We have learned so much and had great fun along the way! We made wonderful memories together.
We enjoyed our school trip to Glendeer Pet Farm on Monday 13th June and got to meet lots of animals there!! We have been learning about Animals and The Farm in Science and Geography the past few weeks.
We enjoyed a trip to the Marina in Ballinasloe for Heritage Boat Association week. We enjoyed looking at the many boats on display, we fed the ducks and enjoyed an ice-cream while there! We have been learning about boats and Life on the Sea the past few weeks in Geography. We also enjoyed learning about the History of the Titanic.
We enjoyed Multicultural Day in the school on 9th June 2022! We learned about different countries and their cultures and enjoyed sampling the many delicious foods there! We have also enjoyed learning about famous landmarks in Ireland and all around the world in Geography.
We enjoyed making nature art. We enjoyed gathering flowers , leaves and branches on our many nature walks outside our school the past few weeks! We enjoyed the exercise and the lovely sunny weather! This was part of our Science and Art lessons the past few weeks.
