Ms O’Connor’s Junior Infants – Aistear

October 7, 2021

By Sinead

We have started Aistear in Junior Infants this week. The children will work on a new theme each month. Through play and fun they learn new vocabulary, develop their problem solving skills, work as part of a team as well as develop communication and play skills. It is a fabulous resource to have in the school and both teachers and children really enjoy and gain from the experience. This month we are working on the theme “The Farm” 🚜 👨‍🌾 🐄 🐖 🐔 🥕 🥔 🥦

St. Patrick’s Day Excitement

Our school also took part in the annual Ballinasloe St.Patrick’s Day parade. Everyone enjoyed the wonderful celebrations!
